Artist Statement

As an artist, I am concerned with the question of how far I can share my inner world with the viewer of my work. This path quickly leads to the question:
How much communication is actually possible?
How can we continue to make ourselves heard and understood out of our dark box?
What are the appropriate means? A body in space? Paint on a canvas? A film? 
 
My works arise from an inner impulse. The beginning can be a strong emotion, a
wonder about what surrounds me or simply a childlike curiosity.
